Returns Policy

Return Period
Our return policy extends to 30 days from the date of delivery. After this period has elapsed, we regret that we cannot offer refunds or exchanges.
Eligible Returns
We accept returns on products that:
- Were shipped directly from ForMenSuit
- Are in their original condition
- Have not been worn (except for fitting)
- Include all original tags and packaging
- Are accompanied by proof of purchase
Returns are accepted if the item is faulty due to manufacturing defects or if you received an incorrect item.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Custom-made or bespoke suits
- Altered garments (unless faulty)
- Accessories for hygiene reasons (ties, pocket squares, etc.)
- Sale items marked as final sale
- Items damaged due to customer misuse
Return Process

- Provide your order number and reason for return
- Receive return authorization and shipping instructions
- Package the item securely with all original materials

Refund Process
Once we receive your return:
- We will inspect the item within 2 business days
- You will receive an email confirming receipt and inspection results
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method
- Refunds typically appear in your account within 5-10 business days
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
Exchange Policy
For size or style exchanges:
- Contact us within 30 days of delivery
- Item must be unworn and in original condition
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability
- Additional shipping charges may apply
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:
- Contact us immediately with photos of the damage
- We will arrange collection at our expense
- A replacement will be shipped as soon as possible
- If a replacement isn't available, a full refund will be issued
International Returns
For international orders:
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
- Return must be trackable and insured
- Custom duties or taxes for returns are customer's responsibility
- Processing time may be longer due to international shipping
